Ingredients
- 300 grams frozen shrimp.
- 1 teaspoon chili.
- Lemon juice.
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
- 1 teaspoon of curry.
- 150 grams grated coconut.
Let's cook
- Mix the chili, lemon juice, salt, curry and coconut with the prawns once thawed.
- Integrate well and make sure to batter them well.
- Let it macerate in the fridge for an hour.
- After the time has passed, insert the prawns on the special skewers for air fryers, spray olive oil on top and cook at 200ºC for 7 minutes.
