Ingredients
  • 300 gr. of frozen prawns.
  • 1 teaspoon of Chile.
  • Lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon marine salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of curry.
  • 150 gr. of grated coconut.

Brochetas de langostinos al curry
Let's cook
  1. Mix the Chile, the lemon juice, the salt, the curry and the coconut with the prawns once defrosted.
  2. Integrate well and make sure to batter them well.
  3. Let it macerate in the fridge for an hour.
  4. After the time insert the prawns into the special skewers for air fryer, spray olive oil on top and cook at 200ºC for 7 minutes.
