Curry prawn skewers
Ingredients
- 300 gr. of frozen prawns.
- 1 teaspoon of Chile.
- Lemon juice.
- 1 teaspoon marine salt.
- 1 teaspoon of curry.
- 150 gr. of grated coconut.
Let's cook
- Mix the Chile, the lemon juice, the salt, the curry and the coconut with the prawns once defrosted.
- Integrate well and make sure to batter them well.
- Let it macerate in the fridge for an hour.
- After the time insert the prawns into the special skewers for air fryer, spray olive oil on top and cook at 200ºC for 7 minutes.
