Ingredients
  • 500 gr of pork or veal cut into pieces.
  • 1 natural yogurt.
  • 10 gr. of cumin powder.
  • 5 gr. of garlic powder.
  • 5 gr. of onion powder.
  • 5 gr. of rosemary.
  • Marine salt to taste.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.

Let's cook
  1. Let the pieces of meat macerate in a bowl with yogurt, cumin, garlic, onion, rosemary and sea salt.
  2. Take the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to macerate well.
  3. Cut the onion and peppers into pieces.
  4. Insert in the skewer by order: onion, meat, red pepper, green pepper and start over. If you do not have the grid that you will find in the Crunchy Plus accessories, you can use sticks.
  5. Place the skewers on the grid and spray some olive oil.
  6. Take the air fryer for 10 minutes to 180ºC (cook 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other). If you like more, cooking 2 more minutes.
