Ingredients
  • 1 kg of chicken, lamb, pork or the meat that you want the most
  • 120 g of soft olive oil
  • 25 g of lemon juice
  • 2 majados garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika de la vera
  • 1 teaspoon of spicy paprika scales
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Let's cook
  1. First we prepare the marinade, peel the garlic, take off the germ, we fell on a mortar and reserve.

    We do the same with the cumin. We squeeze the lemon and reserve. In a bowl we mix the garlic and cumin with the lemon juice, the paprika, the pepper, the cinnamon, the salt and the olive oil, with the help of some rods we mix well.

  2. We clean the meat of any rest that can have fat and nerves and cut it into dice.
    We put the meat in a deep bowl and add the marinade. We stir, impregnate it well and let it macerate all night in the fridge.
  3. The next day we click the pieces of meat in wooden skewers.
  4. We preheat the fryer 5 minutes at 200ºC, put the skewers and cook 10 minutes at 200ºC watching the cooking.

    Serve immediately.
