Creamy scrambled mushrooms and fresh cheese
Ingredients
- 500 gr. of mushrooms.
- 2 tablespoons of Aove.
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 tablespoon rush garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
- 2 eggs.
- 120 gr. of fresh Burgos cheese.
Let's cook
- Clean mushrooms and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Add the two tablespoons of Aove, salt, garlic and onion powder (in this order) and remove.
- Cook in the air fryer 7 minutes at 180ºC.
- Drain the liquid that mushrooms could have released.
- Beat the two eggs and add the fresh cheese cut into pieces.
- Add this mixture along with mushrooms and a bit of Aove in the "cake mold" accessory. Remove to integrate everything.
- Put the mold in the air fryer and cook 10 minutes at 180ºC.
- Serve accompanied by bread and salad peaks.
