Ingredients
  • 500 gr. of mushrooms.
  • 2 tablespoons of Aove.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • 1 tablespoon rush garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 120 gr. of fresh Burgos cheese.

Let's cook
  1. Clean mushrooms and place them in the air fryer basket.
  2. Add the two tablespoons of Aove, salt, garlic and onion powder (in this order) and remove.
  3. Cook in the air fryer 7 minutes at 180ºC.
  4. Drain the liquid that mushrooms could have released.
  5. Beat the two eggs and add the fresh cheese cut into pieces.
  6. Add this mixture along with mushrooms and a bit of Aove in the "cake mold" accessory. Remove to integrate everything.
  7. Put the mold in the air fryer and cook 10 minutes at 180ºC.
  8. Serve accompanied by bread and salad peaks.
