Ingredients
  • Tudela buds.
  • Medium -sized prawns or shrimp.
  • Egg.
  • Breadcrumbs.
  • Black Sesame to sprinkle.
for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (better if it is homemade or one with good ingredients and extra virgin olive oil).
  • 1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey.

Saam de gambas con spicy mayo
Let's cook
  1. Tempurize the prawns: defrost, go through egg and breadcrumbs and cook them in the air fryer 10 minutes at 180ºC.
  2. Always spray AVE above the prawns before cooking them.
  3. Prepare a bud base or tender lettuce.
  4. Chop the prawns and mix them with the sauce.
  5. Add the mixture of prawns to lettuce and sprinkle black sesame.
