Ingredients
- Tudela buds.
- Medium size prawns or prawns.
- Egg.
- Bread crumbs.
- Black sesame to sprinkle.
for the sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (better if it is homemade or one with good ingredients and extra virgin olive oil).
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
Let's cook
- Tempurize the prawns: thaw, pass through the egg and breadcrumbs and cook them in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
- Always spray extra virgin olive oil over the prawns before cooking them.
- Prepare a base of buds or tender lettuce.
- Chop the prawns and mix them with the sauce.
- Add the shrimp mixture to the lettuce and sprinkle with black sesame.
