Ingredients

  • Tudela buds.
  • Medium size prawns or prawns.
  • Egg.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • Black sesame to sprinkle.

for the sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (better if it is homemade or one with good ingredients and extra virgin olive oil).
  • 1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
Saam de gambas con spicy mayo

Let's cook

  1. Tempurize the prawns: thaw, pass through the egg and breadcrumbs and cook them in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
  2. Always spray extra virgin olive oil over the prawns before cooking them.
  3. Prepare a base of buds or tender lettuce.
  4. Chop the prawns and mix them with the sauce.
  5. Add the shrimp mixture to the lettuce and sprinkle with black sesame.
