
Shrimp saam with spicy mayo
Ingredients
- Tudela buds.
- Medium -sized prawns or shrimp.
- Egg.
- Breadcrumbs.
- Black Sesame to sprinkle.
for the sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (better if it is homemade or one with good ingredients and extra virgin olive oil).
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey.

Let's cook
- Tempurize the prawns: defrost, go through egg and breadcrumbs and cook them in the air fryer 10 minutes at 180ºC.
- Always spray AVE above the prawns before cooking them.
- Prepare a bud base or tender lettuce.
- Chop the prawns and mix them with the sauce.
- Add the mixture of prawns to lettuce and sprinkle black sesame.
