1 Cold Cake

Ingredients:
- Two packs of cookies
- Half a cup of sugar
- A splash of vanilla
- Half a cup of cocoa powder
- One packet of cornstarch
- Lactose-free chocolate bars (important)
- Water
Preparation method:
- The first thing you need to do is melt the chocolate bars and crush the cookies. You will need to mix everything and knead until you achieve a uniform result. For this, we suggest using our Twist kneader, which will make the job much easier thanks to its 1,000 W of power and six speeds.
- Add a splash of vanilla and a little water to the base if you notice it is necessary. Make sure it doesn't become too liquid.
- Place the dough in a mold and chill it a bit in the fridge.
- In a saucepan with water, add the cocoa powder and the packet of cornstarch. Let it cook until you get a more or less homogeneous mixture.
- Once it has compacted, pour it over the base you put in the fridge.
- On this base, alternate a layer of cookies with another of chocolate until the mold is complete. Put it all back in the fridge for a few hours and the dessert will be ready to serve.
2. Lemon Puff Pastry
This recipe is also very easy to prepare and offers a delicious result.
Ingredients:
- One sheet of puff pastry for rolling
- Four tablespoons of lemon

- Salt
- Icing sugar
Preparation Method:
- The first step is to roll the sheet of puff pastry and spread it on a flat surface until it is well compacted.
- Cut it into portions the size of the molds you are going to use.
- Put them in the oven for a few minutes until they are golden underneath.

3. Orange Cake

- Baking powder
- Self-raising flour
- Olive oil

- Sugar
Preparation Method:
- In the mold you are going to use, place a sheet of parchment paper and cover it with a little oil. Sprinkle with flour and add a portion of sugar.
- Preheat the oven while you sift the flour and baking powder.
- Put it in a large bowl and add salt and the rosemary, which should be dry and well chopped.
- Put the eggs in the bowl and add some sugar. Stir everything well with the electric whisks of our Twist mixer.
- Add a little olive oil and a splash of vanilla.
- Mix the contents of the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- You will need to knead and pour the base onto the mold you prepared earlier.
- Put it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, we will prepare the glaze with the sugar and orange juice. Cook over medium heat.
- Take the preparation out of the oven, cover with the glaze, and let it cool. In a short time, the cake will be ready to serve.
4. Chocolate Sabayon
A delicious dessert that we will prepare in a double boiler. Pay attention!
Ingredients:
- Four egg yolks
- One bar of chocolate
- Cocoa powder
- Orange caramel
- Powdered sugar
Method of Preparation:
- Put water in a saucepan and, inside, place another container to form the double boiler and create the sabayon.
- Pour all the ingredients and mix constantly. The last thing you should add is the chocolate and the cocoa.
- Beat very well with the help of the whisks of our Twist mixer until it starts to boil.
- Remove the preparation. You can serve it with a piece of the orange cake we recommended earlier or with some cookies.
5. Mandarin Cupcakes with Chocolate Chips
Easy to cook. In this recipe, we will use dairy-free chocolate and homemade margarine, also prepared without dairy traces.
Ingredients:
- Mandarins
- 150 grams of sugar
- Salt
- 200 grams of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of homemade margarine
- Chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation method:
- Heat the margarine in the microwave for a few seconds and beat with the Twist mixer for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes creamy.
- Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat.
- Without stopping mixing, incorporate the eggs one by one. Everything should be well mixed.
- Next, pour in the mandarin juice and add flour, baking powder, and salt while continuing to mix.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips and evenly distribute the batter in the cupcake molds. Do not fill more than three-quarters because they will rise in the oven.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes, let cool, and they will be ready to serve.
