2.- What do we want your data for and for what purpose do we process it?
First of all, we inform you that the acceptance of the data processing is totally necessary to be able to use the specific service you requested us through the corresponding form. Otherwise we will not be able to manage the services we offer. We ask you for the data in order to respond to the query made through our website in the section "Contact" or "Request your invoice".
3.- How long will we keep your data?
We will keep your data for as long as it takes to correctly manage and solve the issue you raise with us. Your data will be deleted 6 months after you have successfully resolved your query. If your query is to request an online invoice, the data of the invoice itself will be kept the legally established period by which this data must be kept in the hands of the companies (currently 6 years).
