Ingredients
  • ½ cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 100gr of blue cheese
  • 100ml of milk

For cauliflower:

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small flowers.
  2. Cuece for 5 - 7 minutes in the microwave to soften.
  3. Beat an egg to batter the cauliflower.
  4. First mix the cauliflower flowers with the egg. Then pass them through the breadcrumbs.

For sauce:

  1. In a pan, add blue cheese to small pieces.
  2. Add the milk and cook about 5-10 minutes until thickens and the cheese melts.
