  • 500 grams boneless chicken thighs (4 thighs, 1 per person).
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari.
  • 1 tablespoon of honey.

A cocinar

  1. Let the drumsticks macerate with soy and honey for an hour in the fridge.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 190ºC (put them in batches of two).
  3. Serve accompanied by salad.
