Spiced wild asparagus
Ingredients
- 250 gr. of fresh trigueros asparagus.
- 10 gr. of extra virgin olive oil (for the first part).
- 5 gr. of onion powder.
- 5 gr. of garlic powder.
- 1 Cdita of Provencal Herbs.
- 1 pellizco de sal.
- 10 gr. de aceite de oliva virgen extra (para la segunda parte).
Let's cook
- Wash and dry the trigueros asparagus.
- Cut the stem and discard it.
- In an elongated mold place the asparagus.
- Add 10 gr. Aovers, then garlic, onion, herbs, salt and again 10 gr. of Aove.
- Remove asparagus so that they are impregnated well.
- Cook in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes (depends on the thickness of the asparagus) to 200ºC.
