Ingredients
- 250 gr. of fresh wild asparagus.
- 10 gr. of extra virgin olive oil (for the first part).
- 5 gr. of onion powder.
- 5 gr. of garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 10 gr. of extra virgin olive oil (for the second part).
Let's cook
- Wash and dry the wild asparagus.
- Cut the stem and discard it.
- In an elongated mold place the asparagus.
- Add 10 gr. of aove, then the garlic, the onion, the herbs, the salt and again 10 gr. of evo.
- Remove the asparagus so that they soak well.
- Cook in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes (depends on the thickness of the asparagus) at 200ºC.
