Ingredients
  • 250 gr. of fresh trigueros asparagus.
  • 10 gr. of extra virgin olive oil (for the first part).
  • 5 gr. of onion powder.
  • 5 gr. of garlic powder.
  • 1 Cdita of Provencal Herbs.
  • 1 pellizco de sal.
  • 10 gr. de aceite de oliva virgen extra (para la segunda parte).

Let's cook
  1. Wash and dry the trigueros asparagus.
  2. Cut the stem and discard it.
  3. In an elongated mold place the asparagus.
  4. Add 10 gr. Aovers, then garlic, onion, herbs, salt and again 10 gr. of Aove.
  5. Remove asparagus so that they are impregnated well.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes (depends on the thickness of the asparagus) to 200ºC.
