Ingredients

  • 250 gr. of fresh wild asparagus.
  • 10 gr. of extra virgin olive oil (for the first part).
  • 5 gr. of onion powder.
  • 5 gr. of garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • 10 gr. of extra virgin olive oil (for the second part).

Let's cook

  1. Wash and dry the wild asparagus.
  2. Cut the stem and discard it.
  3. In an elongated mold place the asparagus.
  4. Add 10 gr. of aove, then the garlic, the onion, the herbs, the salt and again 10 gr. of evo.
  5. Remove the asparagus so that they soak well.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes (depends on the thickness of the asparagus) at 200ºC.
