
Vegan nachos au gratin
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion.
- 1 chopped carrot.
- 100 g of textured soybeans.
- Garlic powder.
- Spicy paprika.
- 3 tablespoons tamari sauce (or soy).
- Nachos to taste.
- Vegan cheese to taste.
- Avocado and tomato to taste.

Let's cook
- Sauté the onion with the carrot with a good chorreton of Aove. Cook about 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat, until it is well caramelized.
- Add the textured soy, hydrated 20 minutes before.
- Condicate with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and tamari sauce.
- Continue cooking over 20 minutes.
- In a bowl or deep plate suitable for air fryer, put the nachos and, above, distribute the previously prepared sauce.
- Add the cheese you like the most and to gratin!
- Gratin for 5-6 minutes at 200ºC in the air fryer.
- Remove from the fryer and decorate with rolled avocado and chopped fresh tomato.
