Vegan nachos gratin

Ingredientes

  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 1 chopped carrot.
  • 100 g of textured soy.
  • powdered garlic
  • Spicy paprika.
  • 3 tablespoons of tamari sauce (or soy).
  • Nachos to taste.
  • Vegan cheese to taste.
  • Avocado and tomato to taste.

A cocinar

  1. Sauté the onion with the carrot with a good splash of EVOO. Cook for about 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat, until well caramelized.
  2. Add the textured soy, hydrated 20 minutes before.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and tamari sauce.
  4. Continue cooking over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  5. In a bowl or deep plate suitable for an air fryer, put the nachos and, on top, distribute the previously prepared sauce.
  6. Add the cheese that you like the most and gratin!
  7. Gratin for 5-6 minutes at 200ºC in the air fryer.
  8. Remove from the fryer and decorate with sliced avocado and chopped fresh tomato.
