Ingredients
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 1 chopped carrot.
  • 100 g of textured soybeans.
  • Garlic powder.
  • Spicy paprika.
  • 3 tablespoons tamari sauce (or soy).
  • Nachos to taste.
  • Vegan cheese to taste.
  • Avocado and tomato to taste.

Let's cook
  1. Sauté the onion with the carrot with a good chorreton of Aove. Cook about 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat, until it is well caramelized.
  2. Add the textured soy, hydrated 20 minutes before.
  3. Condicate with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and tamari sauce.
  4. Continue cooking over 20 minutes.
  5. In a bowl or deep plate suitable for air fryer, put the nachos and, above, distribute the previously prepared sauce.
  6. Add the cheese you like the most and to gratin!
  7. Gratin for 5-6 minutes at 200ºC in the air fryer.
  8. Remove from the fryer and decorate with rolled avocado and chopped fresh tomato.
