Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion.
- 1 chopped carrot.
- 100 g of textured soy.
- powdered garlic
- Spicy paprika.
- 3 tablespoons of tamari sauce (or soy).
- Nachos to taste.
- Vegan cheese to taste.
- Avocado and tomato to taste.
Let's cook
- Sauté the onion with the carrot with a good splash of EVOO. Cook for about 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat, until well caramelized.
- Add the textured soy, hydrated 20 minutes before.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and tamari sauce.
- Continue cooking over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl or deep plate suitable for an air fryer, put the nachos and, on top, distribute the previously prepared sauce.
- Add the cheese that you like the most and gratin!
- Gratin for 5-6 minutes at 200ºC in the air fryer.
- Remove from the fryer and decorate with sliced avocado and chopped fresh tomato.
