
Salmon in citrus sauce
Ingredients
- 2 salmon loins of approximately 200 gr. each.
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 1 lemon juice.
- Sesame to taste.

Let's cook
- Prepare the sauce with the soy with the soy and the lemon juice and bathe the backs letting out 20 minutes.
- After the time, drain them from the sauce (we reserve it) and introduce them into the air fryer for 12 minutes to 200ºC.
- Add on top of the sauce that has been left and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- We recommend serving accompanied by couscous and salad.
