Ingredients
  • 2 salmon loins of approximately 200 gr. each.
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • 1 lemon juice.
  • Sesame to taste.

Salmón en salsa de críticos
Let's cook
  1. Prepare the sauce with the soy with the soy and the lemon juice and bathe the backs letting out 20 minutes.
  2. After the time, drain them from the sauce (we reserve it) and introduce them into the air fryer for 12 minutes to 200ºC.
  3. Add on top of the sauce that has been left and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  4. We recommend serving accompanied by couscous and salad.
