Ingredients
  • 1 banana.
  • 1 handful of chocolate pepitas.
  • 6 teaspoons of coconut oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Let's cook
  1. In the silicone accessory of the air fryer (if this accessory is not available, use a muffins mold), place banana slices, then some chocolate pepitas and again a banana slice in each cavity.
  2. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil in each hole and take the air fryer for 12 minutes to 160ºC.
  3. Let temper and cool in the fridge.
  4. Once cold, make balls with the mixtures and batter with pure cocoa powder.
  5. Reserve in the fridge until consumption.
