
Banana and chocolate truffles
Ingredients
- 1 banana.
- 1 handful of chocolate pepitas.
- 6 teaspoons of coconut oil.
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Let's cook
- In the silicone accessory of the air fryer (if this accessory is not available, use a muffins mold), place banana slices, then some chocolate pepitas and again a banana slice in each cavity.
- Add a teaspoon of coconut oil in each hole and take the air fryer for 12 minutes to 160ºC.
- Let temper and cool in the fridge.
- Once cold, make balls with the mixtures and batter with pure cocoa powder.
- Reserve in the fridge until consumption.
