- 1 measure of milk.
- 2 measures of mild olive oil.
- A pinch of salt.
- Half a garlic clove.
Preparation method:
1. The first thing you need to do is desalt the fillets for about 48 hours in a bowl with water. It's important to change the water every two or three hours.
2. Add the garlic and the parsley to the egg.
2. Then, coat the cod pieces in egg and flour and place them in your oil-free fryer.
3. Place the pieces in your oil-free fryer at about 180 °C for about 15 minutes, until they are golden. Remove the fillets with tongs and place them on a plate.

If you want a different lactonese, you can also make it to your taste by adding a touch of mustard, curry, or sweet paprika, for example.

- 1 bunch of wild asparagus.
- 125 grams of serrano ham.

Preparation method:
